We accept returns so long as they are postmarked within 15 days of the day you receive the items. Each item you receive will have an Electric Gypsy Tag, if you return the item this tag must not have been removed from the garment. You will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of your return and you will receive an email notifying you that you been credited. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.

Dispatch Times
We aim to package and ship your items as soon as we can. In general your goods will take between 2-5 working days to arrive with you.

Exchanges
If you prefer, you can exchange the item instead. Please submit an order immediately to reserve that item and indicate in the comments that you would like it shipped in exchange for an item you are returning. Please also include a note in your return that you are exchanging for this item. If you're in a hurry to receive the item, it might be better to just submit it as an order and send your return for a credit card refund.

Do you have a printed catalogue?
Unfortunately we don't have a printed catalogue as many of our items are one off. You may wish to visit on our store in Exeter on Fore Street.
