UK Delivery
We do not charge a fee for standard delivery in the UK via Royal Mail on all orders.
If your total order value is less than £40 we give you the option of having your products delivered via Royal Mail guaranteed delivery for an extra £6. Please note that if you are ordering any item which is made to order your products will take up to 10 working days to deliver even if you choose the guaranteed delivery option. By choosing this option though your products are then insured and fully trackable.
If your total order value is more than £40 we automatically deliver via Royal Mail guaranteed delivery at no extra charge. This is to ensure your items can be tracked and are insured.
Deliveries Outside the UK
We offer standard delivery on all orders outside the UK. Should you require any special delivery service please contact us before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns so long as they are postmarked within 15 days of the day you receive the items. Each item you receive will have an Electric Gypsy Tag, if you return the item this tag must not have been removed from the garment. Please post returns to: Emma Marsh, 18 Northernhay Street, Exeter, EX4 3ER. You will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of your return and you will receive an email notifying you that you been credited. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable.
Dispatch Times We aim to package and ship your items as soon as we can. In general your goods will take between 2-5 working days to arrive with you. Many handmade items may take up to 10 working days to dispatch as they are made to order. Items this applies to are usually noted on the product description.
Exchanges
If you prefer, you can exchange the item instead. Please submit an order immediately to reserve that item and indicate in the comments that you would like it shipped in exchange for an item you are returning. Please also include a note in your return that you are exchanging for this item. If you're in a hurry to receive the item, it might be better to just submit it as an order and send your return for a credit card refund.
Do you have a printed catalogue?
Unfortunately we don't have a printed catalogue as many of our items are one off.

To ensure we have the correct information, we ask that you place your order online via our website or email us with details.
Pricing and availability
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of products on our store may be mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Customs
When ordering goods from theelectricgypsy.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from theelectricgypsy.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
